REFUND POLICY

Popstreet will only accept returns of products in their original condition. Our policy lasts 14 days from delivery of goods. If 14 days have passed since your order delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying the postage costs for returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account as per request or original method of payment. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow for up to 5 business days for your orders to be shipped, unless stated otherwise. Once your order is dispatched a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

CANCELLING OR AMENDING AN ORDER

Once payments have been received and the order is processed in our system it cannot be cancelled. For the amendment of any order details please contact us via sales@popstreet.com.au
